Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is part of the citrus family, related to Frankincense and has sweet notes of pine, mint, and lemon. Burned as an incense, the smoke offers a pleasant, uplifting scent.
Traditional use of Palo Santo includes burning for ceremonial purposes and insect repellent. It is said that burning Palo Santo welcomes in good energy and dispels negative energy, creating a sense of peace.
