Respiratory Spray

Made with these Doterra EO:  Eucalyptus, Peppermint, Breathe, Spearmint. Sweet almond oil and Moon water charged with rose quartz and amethyst.

Directions: Spray your shower walls near the height of your head. about 4 - 8 sprays depending on how strong you want it. Breathe in deeply through your nose and exhale from your mouth. repeat as many times as needed. You can spray this on the bottoms of the feet, chest, or back of the neck.
